Basic Maintenance covers technical assistance for the installation of our products, the configuration of client stations and databases. This basic maintenance is included in the user licence for one year.

Standard Maintenance also includes all software updates and support for any technical problems linked to software operations, such as the maintenance of databases, their backups, etc.
You will also be able to benefit from all the new reports and statistics designed for the software and major technical information relative to the operating system.

Presence Service offers you:

  • technical assistance for installation and configuration.
  • support for any technical problems linked to use of the software.
  • maintenance on your SQL databases.
  • unlimited assistance for optimum use of the software.
  • design and development of all your personalized reports and statistics.
  • a professional available for you as regards your other IT suppliers (suppliers, manufacturers, telecoms, etc.).
  • IT advice tailored to fit your business (change in your information system, use of new technologies, etc.).
  • for Windows NT solutions, we will handle the remote administration of your network.
