In order to be as close as possible to our clients and optimize their use of our software solutions, we offer a telephone support service every day from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Furthermore, in cases when explanations given over the phone are not sufficient, we can use remote access to the workstation to show users the actions to be taken directly onscreen.
We define support as any question on how to use our software, from a basic level (product functionality) through to a business level to help model and implement a need.
Some of our clients require support on Saturdays, and we are able to offer this service in line with a specific agreement.
