This guided tour will enable you to find out about how Hemera manages the information that you need to prevent client risks.
This is in now way intended to be an exhaustive list of its functionality.


View your client...
...Hemera allows you to view all of your clients’ administrative data as well as the type of company, its capital, its activity, etc.
A wide selection of search lists enable you to rapidly search for a dossier based on its SIREN registration number, its name, your account number, etc.


Rapid access, through buttons, enabling you to call up the information required on the client, displayed as financial information, survey results , financial data, etc.

For each item of information, you will be able to view the date on which it was created, with the red colour (modifiable) indicating that the data is expired, and blue that it is a new item.
For each item of information, you will be able to configure its period of validity.

All the data have their own historical records, which are unique and enable you to keep track of any changes and developments.


Importing data...
With Hemera, you can import data from a wide range of sources such as business information providers, credit insurance or any other internal or external sources.
Naturally, you will also be able to enter any information manually.

You will be able to access all the elements required on the balance sheet, income statement and operating items (working capital, profitability, EBITDA, etc.), that you can call up in just one click over a three-year period.


Organise your work effectively...

For each item of information, you can define a validity period and manage updates.


You will be able to sort the list on all the columns: for example, this makes it easy to rapidly obtain all the expired debt outstanding reports or items of information that are expired for a given client.

You will be able to edit all the information in documents drawn up based on Word (can be fully personalized).

Reports and statistics are produced using Crystal Report, a leading reporting software solution. Thanks to it, you will be able to edit your data yourself.

The Hemera printout module also enables you to defer and control the time at which you want to launch all your printouts. Moreover, it allows you to manage printers independently from the operating system.

At any time, you can view the content of each document pending.
